		<description>Thank you, Liz, for sharing the practice of Naikan on this blog.  I agree that this practice of self-reflection can be very helpful during times of difficulty.  It can help us to perceive a wider perspective and to notice what ELSE is true, beyond the troubles and challenges that can otherwise dominate our minds.

I will refer some friends and colleagues to your blog.  We are all learning from each other and your blog provides a place for those with experience to share their wisdom and their questions with one another.
